Ceremonial Canoe Journey For The Water from Spirit Mountain, Duluth Minnesota on Lake Superior to Matane, Quebec on the Saint Lawrence Seaway. The Journey will be crossing 4 Minor Lakes, 4 Great Lakes, and 4 Major River-ways including the Niagara Portage.

Warren Sturgeon
Warren Sturgeon is Turtle Clan from Chippewas of the Thames near London, in southwestern Ontario. His role on the journey is to paddle and keep the fire.

Norma Peltier
My name is Norma Peltier. I reside on the Wikwemikong unceded reserve. I have experience and knowledge in traditional healing and ceremony. My interests are preserving and protecting the water. I use the sacred medicines in ceremonies and helping others in using them to improve their well being on a daily basis. My role on the journey is shore support and ensuring cultural protocols are observed.
